training consists of being yelled at when you do something incorrectly even though you have never been shown the correct way
the rules change daily so you never know if you are doing something incorrectly
hardest part of the job is trying to keep up with ever changing rules of the job 
the most enjoyable part of the job is being allowed to do the job I was hired to do

I worked for the previous owner SOLO cup Canada. Typical day at the job with be very busy. The management prioritize people from the inside for promotional opportunities at the same time they provide good trainings for their people. compensation is also good  and a good working relationship with the management and the union.

All hr has quit, new ones are just that. Was good a couple of years ago, now no one really cares. Production is all that matters and everyone is staying even after retirement, good luck

DC manager always blaming people.. doesn't know how to resolves issues.

A typical day at work; The Inside Sales Department is a very demanding and challenging department - Investigations, resolution, problem solving, is part of the daily routine.

An entire department quit before the manager was finally fired. PTSD remains after 2+ years. Wish I could forget. Management was horrible to its staff. 
Pay not worth it at all.

It was a pleasure to work there.  From ownership to senior management to the sales division and all departments beyond.  Working from a position of personal accountability will ensure this company's long term success.

Very busy environment with losts of moving and lifting. can be very hot in the summer, but with very kind coworkers. and sufficient breaks. if in shape its a great place to work.

Interview was over the top, three interviews. It was clearly a racist company, were the under pay employees.. and treat you like trash. Had a bad experience.

The company was a very well Ron corporation.
However the job was beyond boring, repetitive and unrewarding.
Your a small unimportant speck in a giant company.
