For my position workflow exceeded available paid hours leading to extensive monthend overtime.
Salesforce is lax in detailing job production specifications. Management lacks capacity to improve the performance of its sales team resulting in excessive waste.
All things considered, workplace production culture was fairly collaborative.
The hardest part of the job was choosing between letting the client down, or having a life. I always took care of the client first but discovered that a free resource is seldom managed.
The most enjoyable part of the job was learning new skill sets from some pretty brilliant people (and from some less than brilliant people too).


Everyday challenges with production timelines, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.  I have learned volumes through this practice and maintaining a production and service standard which was always our goal.  Management is a passion.  It is a responsibility that requires me to preform at the top of my game as well as being a good leader in the involvement of those around and under me.
The hardest part of the job is definately meeting timelines while under tremendous pressure.  Work volumes, and the stresses that come with problem solving and the ability to overcome is always a tall challenge, however, the most enjoyable part of the job is pleasing the client, and coming through for them in desperate situations.  Pure gratification.

I started my work day at 7 A.M. but they allowed me to come in early so I could leave early.  My position was such that I needed little supervision and throughout the day I was in contact with the various departments as well as with sales.  I started out learning the system and how each department functioned.  I learned how the presses operated, how the warehousing worked, how accounting worked, as well as the various office equipment within the company,  I enjoyed the challenges my position offered and found the day went by fast.  The people were always willing to help whenever I asked for it.

A very supportive Manager, great bosses, excellent team work and team spirit. Learned a lot and still continue to learn a great deal, and learn something new each day. Need to work hard but totally enjoy it. Great company!

It is more hands on training them somebody trying to teach you
because people do not have time

Hardest part of the job is rush orders,they have to have them in
24hrs but sometime we do our best  as we have to push the vendors to get the best turn around and time frame

No comment  about enjoyable it is all work

There is a lot of inappropriate behaviours that go on at this work place. A lot of picking on people as well. You would be lucky to advance in this company. I know this company very well and worked there for a long time on a couple of different occasions. I would stay far from this deceitful job.

Right for me at the time.  Usual office environment, someone always watching the clock, manager could be happy or disapproving, the jolly clown, the guy always sick, the nice looking guy, the pretty girls...but my team was some of the nicest people I ever met.  Few perks, lower wage at the time.
Pot luck lunches and 50/50 draw every Friday were the things to look forward to.  This is some years back though.

A typical day would be estimating print jobs for Sales teams, processing repeat/routine orders, job coordination and troubleshooting.

I learned minute details of printing processes. The hardest part of the job was fulfilling time-sensitive needs of client while trying to resolve production issues. Most enjoyable were good and caring co-workers.

The few decent people there.

Your not in the click then you’ll have a hard time

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Clean environment. Once your apart of the click youre good

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Normal. Do your work and go home

Sign in at the beginning of the day and go to work. See what projects you have, then format them and send them to the printer. Add the proper stock, ink, and make sure the machines are maintained.

Good benefits and half your transit fee is paid for by them.

I work night, so it might be different, but I mainly just sleep and work until the weekend
