Small crews, supervisors work side by side laborer's.   Management cares about family life and accommodates the needs of staff.  Professional drivers with good customer service.  Positive work environment.  Organic waste but clean work space, no pests to speak of. Carts can be heavy to push but no overhead lifting.  

Owners are great people   treat there employees good  the job is good . Excitable pay for this eara, but just one thing   the employees are all the rejected drivers from a previous garbage company  ,that can't pass drug testing   and this company has potential for greatness

I was hired on worked one 12 hrs shift job wasn't for me..but do u think they paid me for my 12hrs nope..eather way if the job wasn't a good fit a good company would of still paid me for my 12 hrs..there is prob a reason why they are always hiring on indeed....pay your workers

This company is concerned about my life outside the company and asks that I do my best to do my job while present at work. They are gracious and kind. The work is not difficult and can involve long days but they balance that with shorter days as well. 

Good place to start a truck driving career, good mix of highway and city driving, lots of steady work year round, the job is also very physical when loading the truck with bins so not for folks who want to just sit in the truck all day 

I use to power- wash compost bins small ,medium,large also help load and unload trucks with dirty and clean bins.I use to power-wash the dump truck and help flip bins into the truck.

I have been working there for about a month and so good so far.  Manegmant  is good. Not a hard job but you work with organic sand it does spell.  But once you can get over that it’s a good place 

Overall, the job is not hard just repetitive. Hardest part of the job is the smell. The work environment with co-workers is pretty much a good one. Did not see any toxic or Bully behavior by anyone.
