Working with OSAP was room for advance,I have learned so much eg' Privacy',to be accurate.always chip in to help co-worker to get the job done.Sometimes system is 'down' whenever asked to work overtime,I always do.We cannot hold the work load because each doc.is stamped with today's date and can't process next day.My co-workers with different ethnic background I have learned different cultures and always willing to help when there is heavy work load.The hardest part of the job is when someone is on vacation,you have to do your work plus everyone in the dept.have to 'chip in to get the work done.The most enjoyable part of the job is when you get a good yearly review. with bonus and salary increase.Summer barbecues,wonderland trips.and boat cruise.we celebrate ;Diversity every June,because people around the world works with Davis and Henderson.a productive and fun place to work.

There is always opportunity for advance,who is eager to learn.but sometimes it goes vise versa.I dislike sometimes with my vacation which goes by 'seniority.

•	Performed analysis and investigation of activity on credit card accounts that have been identified as potentially fraudulent.
•	Risk and fraud assessment completed based on account reviews and contact with card holders and merchants.
•	Successfully utilized fraud data base to look for commonalities and relationships with fraud cases. 
•	Identified and advised management of fraud issues, significant control weaknesses or deficiencies 
•	Conducting and leading complex, confidential, cross-platform investigations with a particular focus on asset recovery and loss prevention as well as intelligence gathering. 
•	Updated and maintained paper and electronic files ensuring accuracy.
•	Processed large volumes of fraud data, and assisting the analysts with their investigations, including employee type fraud investigation

D+H is recognized worldwide for their technological advancements, however once in a "low ranking position", it seems D+H does not appreciate the work nor how important such people are. They do not see the efforts that are put in for growth within the person, but they are happy to use the ideas and not recognize said people. 
The management team are biased in their decisions and therefore at times people who are more deserving are overlooked.
However, with that said at the time that I worked for the company, the incentives were helpful to stay with the company and endure hardships.

phones were busy with a allowance time between calls so you could breath while you were working.
I learned not to take things people say personally.
Management should of been done differently.
My co-workers were what I miss most about the job.
the hardest part of the job was if the systems were down and you had to advise caller to call back after being on hold.
the people the I worked with on a daily basis is what I miss the most, but talking to different people every day with a new issue or problem and being able to help them was the best part of he job

I learned a lot at Davis and Henderson. One of the things is how to mutlitask and how to work and stay calm in a fast paced work environment. My typical day at work was processing student loans and making call to clients regarding any missing information required for their loans. My co-workers and managers were very helpful. Sometimes it was hard because we didn't have set hours. It was sometimes morning shift or couple of days later it was night. Most enjoyable part about the job was people i was working with, very supportive and fun bunch of people.

Productive and serious workplace with focus on excellent customer service, It was a perfect job for a senior person. Difficulty getting to know co-workers due to the scheduled hours. Customer satisfaction was the reward. Attention to quality assurance was required.

Davis & Henderson is a place were workers work hard but at the same time a lot of fun during the course of the year. I enjoyed working with them for all this time I gave my best to the company and I am thankful for provide me a job for 15 years long.

The hardest part it was the picking time process (high volume) of the year January and September must be finished the daily volume.

It's a wonderful place to work with great working environment. My Co-workers are the best part of my job. We not only work as a team but we also stay as a family. This place gave me so much dimension and new opportunities. I would definitely recommend anyone one to work with this company who want's to give a jump start to their career.

Reorganization is ruining the company.  Senior technical management is not qualified and will withhold work unless they understand which will never happen.  Micromanaging and take credit for your work.  Employees are being used.  All about perception.  Management lies like there is no tomorrow.  Losing best talent.

the company is OK , co-worker are very kind, I've learned a lot regarding the mail jobs and to operate the latest machine which is called Noe Post Machine and we have to finished all work at the end of the day, the hardest part of the job is how to operate the machine and the enjoyable part is that everyone is cooperating  as team member.
