Debthelpers has a well-balanced environment for team interaction and independent working. Most of the team is supportive and willing to help you grow and thrive to have an enjoyable time. However, they do expect you to basically work on your own and achieve results, with a not-so-committed time to fully help if you do get stuck in the weeds as priority will go to those who have higher contracts opposed to building others to achieve the same result. There is definitely an aura of favoritism and if you don't connect on that level with management then you won't last too long. Otherwise, it's a great workplace and company culture is through the roof and am happy to have been there for the time I was with them.

Been working here for over 4yrs. Here I have learned so much and everyday I feel like I am still learn something new. The people I work with are great and my supervisor is amazing she is always there to help me with anything I need and becoming better at my position. Management are very easy to talk to and makes you feel like part of the family. They plan great events and outings with the entire company and they are always a great time. Overall a great, fun and comfortable place to work and see myself here for years to come!

I have been with Debthelpers for over 3 years now. I enjoy the balanced atmosphere, its easy going but still competitive sales environment. You can make really good commissions if you are hard working, focused and good at your job. Management has always been supportive and accommodating. From time to time we have team bonding and fun activities. Its a great place to make good money and become financially wise.

Work place culture is practically none existent, unless you are working for the sales team and can bring the company massive contracts.  Staff are not friendly with new employees, and are too quick to point out minor mistakes and expect you to learn everything possible about debt relief in a short time frame.  Management does not inspire any personal growth for staff.  Their version of developing skill sets is expecting you to do more work, while keeping the pay the same amount. 

Debthelpers has been one of the best work experiences I’ve had yet. It’s guaranteed you’ll leave the office every day knowing you’ve made a difference in people’s lives. The office has a great team environment who strictly follows by the “Work Hard, Play Hard” lifestyle. Although our main priority is helping others, we always make time to have fun! By far one of the best jobs I’ve had yet and I plan to stay for many more years to come 

I've loved working here! The information that you learn is invaluable for every day life and there is always something new to figure out. The team all gets along great and there's always someone to troubleshoot problems with. Management is approachable and clearly value their employees. It is a pleasure to work for a company that is so appreciative and accommodating! 

I find this job to be both stimulating and challenging.

The team is there to support you in every way. 
Self reviews are available to you in order to succeed. Having evenings and weekends off is a plus. No need to take the job home with you.  
You are able to put in extra hours if you want too.  

Debthelpers has been such a joy to work for. The management is amazing and there is so much room for growth within the company. The culture and environment of the staff is very inclusive and the job is very rewarding and enjoyable. The training sessions are very informative and prepare you very well to be in your role.  I would recommend!

Management is fine, however the coworkers are a group of individuals who make you feel like you're back in highschool. Very unprofessional in how they conduct themselves and the things they feel are appropriate to speak about on the floor. One girl was talking about how she was dating a married man. Not sure why that is relevant in the workforce

The management in this company is atrocious. Unless you are you are on the sales team you are not respected. There is no communication. There is no privacy, everyone will know your business. All they care about is money, doesn’t matter how who they hurt. You will do so much work and barely get paid.
