I've worked at Indeed for two years, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. After every event, Q&A, all-hands, there's an option to leave feedback and the feedback is actually read and action is taken.

As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, Indeed was one of the first companies to implement a mandatory work-from-home policy. Our healthy and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision. Since the WFH policy, our CEO, COO, and SVP of HR have been INCREDIBLE with transparency, being here for us and communicating to us more than I've ever seen.

I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Indeed.

In terms of benefits, it's truly fantastic. We have unlimited PTO, and we are encouraged to take it. 401K match up to 3%. Great healthcare plan. Our NYC office is beautiful with fully stocked drinks and snacks. There's a gym and multiple terraces. We have company happy hours once a month and our holiday parties are OUTSTANDING. Every year the company gives everyone a really nice gift for the holidays. I really could go on for a long time. Definitely, definitely apply.

Where to begin... If an employee reports an issue with a machine,lead hand becomes upset and immediately tries to blame the employee. Without any evidence,inquiry.No regular,minimum maintenance of machinery.Some days over 75% of machines in any given area are down. This of course becomes the employees problem now. Work harder and harder to make up for the deficit in production due to breakdown. Who's fault? 
Usually a payperiod does not go by without a shutdown in certain or all production centers, without pay,
for, get this,working too hard and having no room to continue production..I'll let that sink in.
Not a clue it seems.
Culture is racist and seems to run totally on fear and denouncement,
a lot of the employees are also there to make sure the minorities are ratted on,and sabotaged. I wonder if they get paid to do this?

Its a rotation working hour, my duties is from 3:18 until 11:36 and there is an overtime depends on the demands of the orders. I learned other kind of machine also on how that kind of machine works. The management and staff are good and they are very supported also to their employee.  Sometimes theres a hard days especially when the company has a lot of dues with the clients orders so we need to doubled our time. I enjoy working with this company especially when you feel that everybody is cooperating with each other.

It was an O.K place to work, the people were decent as well as the supervisors etc. however, once the company was sold from on brother to another,the company seemed to go down hill fast and in no time at all it seemed like half the plant was laid-off, any type of bonus or incentives were taken away,leaving most people who did still work there , wanting to quit, especially when our days and hour of work started getting cut.

I found the work family and environment friendly. Some times it was fast paced but most times bearable to fill orders on time.Most of the managers were easy to get along with, however there was a few who seem like they are in competition with each other over seniority and standing and cannot stop with the popularity contest.

provide new environment that give me challenges and push me to learn more and be out of my box. Its a big opportunity to me because i never experienced to handle a machine and operate it. by the time i learn fast true the people around me how they teach me as well.

All the staff are great people. Relaxed work atmosphere for the most part. Expectations can be high and occasionally asked to do tasks outside your scope of expertise. 

Office is very quiet which i like. We have crazy busy seasons and down seasons. 2 weeks unpaid plan shutdown: one in December and one in August.

When I worked at DeFehr I had a enjoyable work experience. They have a very diverse workforce. I enjoyed my diverse  co-workers. The only downfall for this employer are the wages.

Organize and respectable to the other workers,very supportive company to their workers.Accommodating personnel and nice to their workers.Responsive for what problem that you encountered during working hours.
