Overall a good place to work. Unionized, nice to have enforced raises. Degelman's constantly puts effort into updating their products which decreases monotony a tad in some positions. Better organization than when I started. Management treated me well but I heard negative stories from a couple of others. Coworkers were mostly great to get along with. Once I got used to working the alternating night shift I enjoyed the work more. Safety is a #1 priority here. Everybody seems motivated to work. Adequate allowance for PPE

Regular day of work is to received the orders and picked. deliver to different department the parts they needed. Prepare a bulk orders from other company and make a square pallet bin to put all order in one place. Shrink wrapped and make a online shipping procedures.
I learned different kinds of agricultural equipment or machines. What they looked like. What are they functions and different kinds of parts. The hardest part of a job was to work overnight but somehow I enjoyed working.

In my work everyday is a challenge because of new ideas came from my co-workers and my superiors, I learned a lot mostly on safety, every job has many difficulties but the way our management and my supervisor treat us like a family so we forgot the difficulties because we are looking easiest way how to solve a problem, the most enjoyable part of the job is when we are solving a problem we feel that the teamwork is our center.

great work environment with machine shop, fabrication unit, assembly, blasting, robotic welding, manual welding.
can see the whole manufacturing process.
i had good experience in tool room machines and fabrication, but here i was operating brakes with cnc controls which made life so easy

great company to work for, but wont tell you till last min your getting laid off and will lie about lay offs. but my Forman's and supervisors were all great at there job and very friendly. very relaxed working environment, but slow paced, something I am not used too, and often times found my self looking for work cause I was waiting on parts.

Degelman Industries is a really good place to work with co workers that show you respect. This company deals with farming equipment and all aspects of the farming community right from frames for machines to the nuts and bolts that are used on those machines.

I have learned a lot of things regarding my work,like working with others,operating the forklif/crane,assembling farming equipment,machining bigger parts. I really like this company.

not a good place to work ; no area to grow ; they hired bunch of idiots from out of country for less then minimum wages to work on their assembly plant ; who don't know their value and work ethics ;
