Lots of pros but wages are a bit low

For me I don't have any stressful work in the company and even the other co workers

It's the best company I ever have worked in my whole life the supervisor and manager are respectful

The people I work.. the 4 days work it saves a lot of gas and you have a lot time of your family when in weekend.. It's a honor and privilege that I work with them on the company...

4 days work Monday to Thursday

cons: incapable management along with lack of direction hand in hand with downtime requiring the appearance of being busy, physically exhausting when busy, hard to get to

pros: easygoing workplace, good coworkers, vaguely decent pay, 

i work in the stockroom so my opinions don't really reflect the work culture on the production floor

I worked there for almost 4 years. The least I can say is that's a toxic workplace, they got the worst HR people (unprofessional and do not deal with the employees in a caring or human way), they also had bad benefits and salary. In addition there is no room for career growth.

As a field technician you are your own boss and time manager. Very little stress with this job, the management team are help full and have a great support staff when ever you need them. 

In general it is very nice to work in DAS. Exception is to work in the Stockroom, leaders never say anything good to thir workers. They always highlights mistakes.

I'm working there mor than 2.5 years and recommend this company to every one with  different skills.


I loved working here. It is has a really great atmosphere and everyone is great. Relaxed but work-oriented environment. Anyone would be happy to work here.

Offer opportunities for advancement. Paid fairly well. Solid benefits and relaxed culture. Overtime available pretty much every week. Growth potential strong.
