Delft Blue

I worked night shifts at Delft blue and at a good experience. It was repetitive work but I learned how frozen burgers and meat were actually packed so that was very interesting. The only hard part was standing but with 2 breaks it makes you really appreciate getting that little chance to sit down and rest for a bit

2/5 not the worst job but will test your mental health. Long hours and lots of overtime. Management causes most of the issues in the place as they don’t communicate with each other.

Fast paced and busy company, always looking for new products to produce which gives lots of new things for line workers to do. 
Some surpervisors are extremely helpful and care about your well being. 

The management isn't the best. Its a good place to work, but the normal staff is to problematic. There is no organization and no communication. Half of the time you don't know what is going on in there. In my opinion a lot of the employees there don't get payed fairly in there.

The Management are nice and they give you 40hrs a week no matter what they is no down times and over time is always offered . They will give you a raise after 560hrs and they will put you on a job you are most comfortable with . Can be very annoying and over whelming though.

I prepared meat in a freezer for 8 hours standing I worked there as a tempt. the staff was friendly and helpful I understand what I need to do to get job done with out issues

it's okay for temporary job nothing spoecial and it isn't very well organised, as a temporary worker I often had no assignment and ended going somewhere I was not needed since I did not know where to go

I love my job at Delft Blue. Just like any work environment there are ups and downs but overall it's a great place to work at.  Try not to let others influence you and work hard. 

Good place to work, job is very simple and people are fantastic, some minor things with management and ownership but overall good! Pay isn’t fantastic but is fair enough

Colder working enviroment , time goes by quickly, good work experience, smaller workplace , working on the sausage line was interesting, they have enough staff for the job
