By far the most stressful place I have ever worked. The president of the company literally yells at everyone and is under the impression that’s what governs good work. Some people get away with doing nothing all day while others work day and night. Constant stress and not enough proper organization for anything to run smoothly. The building is literally falling apart, the lab ceilings leak water at least once every three months. Do not recommend. 

Everyone is supper nice; Managers are patient and professional.
I have learned a lot, never bored always learning something new. 
HR is very receptive to your ideas and initiatives. They will listen to you.
I would recommend to anyone who wants to work for Delmar Chemical.


have done worst in the past job wise but this one was on the lower level. The lack of plain safety knowledge and the incidents (over 80 and most were with lost of time) finally made me look for something else. I do have to say that the commute to there was also a big part of my decision to leave. Over time i am sure they will address the safety issue.

Literal h.e.l.l , it’s hot (no air conditioning), you get mentally tortured daily by management, and the workload is always too much and you never work hard enough in their eyes. Your also always the one to blame when something goes wrong even if you’re not even present that day.

You learn a lot working in a smaller company. The people are really nice, friendly and supportive. They promote from within and offer flex time which I appreciate. It is a great place to work!! I would recommend it! 

Great place to work,  learned a lot  they did not judge me for being a junior analyst. The chemists were always patient and willing to answer any questions I had

yes  I do recommend Delmar as a promising workplace to start your career and learn how to do daily effective  tasks wit minimum supervision, reliable place to learn

Trust me guys you never have to work here very bad company starting from the HR department.
