Delta 9 has been an interesting company to work for. Rapid growth can often bring issues, but the enthusiasm and great people make up for the bumps in the road. The culture is evolving, the staff are kind. The hardest part of the job is also the most enjoyable - Problem solving! This is a great job! I have loved being part of it all, and look forward to seeing where Delta 9 goes!

When you do make it through everything, training is very poor. I’ve been with this company for almost 2 years now and I still haven’t been trained for most of the things I’m supposed to be responsible for. When I ask for clarification or help, I’m often met with “ that’s not my job” or “why don’t you ask so and so, you should already know this by now”. And I end up getting frustrated because even Managment is doing this to me. I can ask all the questions I want but I’m often ignored and left in the dark. 

This place was soul crushing I came to work expecting the worst everyday and revived the worst by the time I went home.
Upper level management has failed this company between lay offs and spontaneous firing I’m surprised we have employees left.
No raises no recognition no employee incentives

This place is chaotic. The work environment and culture is the worst. Scorching summers, constant heat stress on people and plants. So many issues... it is broken beyond repair. Terrible HR. Company can't pay the bills. Cuts corners wherever possible. People are dispensable. Everyone hates their jobs. Stay far away.

Avoid at all cost! Wish I had avoided this company from day 1. Not a fair company to work with, from the higher ups, hr to co workers! Unfair to employees. 

I would say my experience with the company has been pretty great so far. I am quite optimistic about my future with this company. This position is great and perfectly suitable for a student who requires flexibility in his work schedule.   

Delta 9 is a great company with an excellent culture. Everybody is super rad and excellent to each other. A typical day would involve growing the most excellent weed and just enjoying the most radical moments. Cheers Delta 9.

Delta 9 is a low-stress and great place to work. However, except for specialized technical positions, the wages are relatively low.
I have recently transitioned to a new company, and I expect the working environment to change going forward.

Working here is decent, can be fast pace during peak hours, the nice thing is being around all the flower and tools. Always something to talk about with your colleagues. Not sure how it is now since the mass-layoffs.

Most of the employees are super cool and nice. But it was a very negative environment because most of the workers fest undervalued and ignored. Work morale was very low.
