The place is moldy and dirty. The supervisors were always finding ways to down you. No matter how much you did they wanted more. Your days off were a joke. They called everyday for you to come in and acted like you were the worst employee if you didn't and I mean week after week after week. After doing 16 to 23 rooms A DAY people need rest!  I seen them fire people that have been here 10-20-30 years!!! Human resource are either cruel or clueless. Loyalty I guess means nothing to them. Worst place I've ever worked.

A typical day at work is saying hello to all my friends. From working on the People Resources Plan to updating the Negotiation Plan, I am faced with various challenges during the day. I have a good grasp of the "vibe" in the hotel. It is a place where I grew professionally.

I truly enjoy the working atmosphere but I feel that it's time to move on.

I am most passionate about Learning and Development.

Attention to detail, strength to lift and carry heavy weight, ability to work in a very fast-paced environment, as well as deal with peer pressure and demanding management are some of the downsides of the job. The upside is the hourly rate, which could be higher than in most places, depending on the position you are in.

I enjoyed this job very much, co workers are very nice and fun to be around as well as management. I learned a few things at this job like how to mix and serve different alcoholic beverage's also I prepared the clients tables,served there meals. I would say the only hard part of this job is balancing a tray with several plates on it at a time.

My bosses are thinking about firing me because I got a concussion on Friday night, and I missed saturday, sunday, I went into work today(Monday) and had to leave and they made a sarcastic comment about me missing a lot of work.  I did not plan on getting a concussion, and they are treating me like it is my fault that this happened.

while i was at work,i finished my tasks ahead of time so it would become boring ,but i would find extra things to do for other departments.I learned allot of different skills.Some managers were hard to work for at times.The most enjoyable part of the job was doing my job and working with great co-workers.

A real test of ones skills patience and stress management. worked here for less than a year and found it to be maybe the most difficult job in my 15+ years of culinary experience. always short stafed and often unrealistic objectives and tasks are presented.

fast paced work environment. really nice management and staff. while working as banquet server i learned a lot about event planning. the most enjoyable part of my my job was being a bar tender because i received knowledge about different kind of drinks and the social atmosphere.

This hotel has gone downhill so fast since pandemic. They hire inexperienced people. No communication, too big language barriers, they work you to death and still expect more. Has history of big employee turnover.

Lack of communication between and among members and Management. A lot of people are complaining more than they are working. Senior Management is slowly fixing some issues between and among members.
