Been working for them for more than 5 years. Day and afternoon hours pay are reasonable 19/hr or so. If you do overnight expect 2-3 $ LESS per hour and maybe double the work load. Some people with seniority are not given the positions they applied for and had to fight it through union and that takes MONTHS to clear up.

Good place to work.  Very rewarding.  Various programs to choose from 7 day programs and 2 residential. Develop a special bond with the clients. Flexible work hours just communicate with HR

the hardest part of the job is a relation with co-worker. Even though care plan is very clear, implementation depend on cultural background and personality.

The management is very understanding and everyone in the team is very helpful. I had an experience of bright morning with good learning opportunities everyday. 

When I worked as a vocational counsellor, being a part of staff conversations and bouncing ideas around was important to getting the job done. Never worked before in the Ladner area, but was fortunate to have a nice community to work in. 

Friendly workspace, great atmosphere and great people to be surrounded with.I love helping people, not the type of person who can sit behind a desk. I enjoy variety.

I've worked for several support service societies and this one has been the best. They care about the people they support and the staff. 
The job is rewarding, creative and meaningful.

Can work in residential program or in day services and they also have rec program there is always shift available I would still be working there  if I hadn't moved
