Expansion and growth has outpaced service standards and expectations. Great individuals and programs concepts. 
Agency culture, professionalism and moral not good and currently no discernable plan to rectify the situation.  Lacks long and short term vision and strategic planning to support transition from small agency to a much bigger agency 

An after school program designed to interact with children. I learned how to teach children and help them develop their educational skills and their physique. The management was excellent as everyone was very friendly.The hardest part of the job was the repetitiveness however, each day flew by like a breeze as you were having fun with the kids.

Excellent place to work with friendly staff. It was a safe environment to work.

I enjoyed my placement there it was a very cultural environment . The employees were very friendly and they are always having different events for the community.

weak leadership, poor management skills, oppressive, no boundaries, numerous unqualified staff, high staff turnover, low salary, high stress, avoid!!!
