At bedard ressources there was very friendly human resource support staff just a few people. At the location on pie9 in montreal est. They were very helpful to call in times of need for help in general labour packaging at a few selected places. manufacturing with others, but usually all the same ppl.

at delta pharma in 2016 with delta pharma, that was through the agency company of aerotek. It was a good more stable company that provided various chemical manufacturing and packaging of useful everyday products and products.It required very timely and neat preparation of items and the management and supervision was very easy going and basic open to many. There were friendly permanent employees that worked there and knew and signed for all procedures.

I left a good job to join this company because it seemed like a great opportunity. Salary & benefits were attractive and they did a good job selling their family business atmosphere in the interview. Turned out to be a terrible decision as they hire & fire staff like a sick person uses Kleenex. Turn over rate is astounding and most employees who have managed to fly under the radar are miserable. Avoid at all cost.

Good for entry level positions and startup jobs. If you are professional, better look elsewhere..Very high rate of lay off. For my three years spend in Delta, all medium and office staff changed, some twice..  There is nothing this place offers.  Good coworkers but very poor management with some clueless "directors" and VP. Overall negative and non prospective workplace.

Family owned company.The owners are great.They give training but there is no chance for advancement. They hire office workers outside instead of hiring from the inside. Nice workers  to work with.

One of the worst run companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working for. No resources. No planning. No clue. Run away and run away fast! You will hate yourself if you don’t.

as a factory line worker you need to be fast when working especially if you need to meet the quota that was to be done at the end of the day.
great working with a team of people and you get to know them well as you work

•	Supervise production line, employees to ensure required tasks are performed
•	Aid in the planning and completion of production orders
•	Performed maintenance duties of production equipment

it is not one hundred percent great...but it is a job, i endured it in the beginning but coming to the end,their management program is poorly submitted

it's a ok place to work as the work load is not stressful people are fun to work with but the job is not secure was let go with few other du to shortage of work.

A typical day at work began with preparing weight and mixing chemicals. making creams and lotions and verifiying product quality.
