At Deluxe Lab. I work 8 hours a day or more as required to finish our commitments to clients for it is important to meet the deadlines and their needs. The management is fair and follows the Standard Employment Act.
I can say that Deluxe is also very flexible to its employees - it's a "Family First" during emergencies.

Deluxe Labs used to be located in Etobicoke, ON 
Primarily dealing with 32mm film and manufacturing and distributing copies of film roles all over America from their Toronto locations.
Before the digital cinema Deluxe held 90% of the total North American Market.

It really was a fun place to work at, however the company was going down during the economic down turn of 2008. 

There wasn't a lot to learn either. 

Company collapsed in Canada, just a distribution warehouse and the rest is ran out of the USA.

Hour to hour would change, something new to be learned everyday.  Enjoyable yet efficient productivity.  Being a part of Management, always there for employees whenever required.  Challenging yet fun.  Support always there with upper management.

Management needs to be more aware of the advancements in technology, and understand that technology must be embraced. It can't assume that "the way it has always been done" is ever good enough, if it is to survive.

Deluxe Laboratories has great management. Most of the workers are very easy to get along with. The work environment is very comfortable.

 Governments could prohibit this KILLER  technology from spreading so the government could earn revenue taxes & people could keep their jobs to survive.
