My experience with a company that prioritizes continuous learning and a supportive work environment was both highly productive and enriching. The company provided a wide range of resources and training opportunities, fostering personal and professional growth. Regular feedback from leadership guided my development, resulting in a meaningful and growth-oriented work environment. Dematic - used to be a great organization. 
But, since I've been here it seems like leadership paints a pretty picture for the masses with a dysfunctional matrixed organizational chart that doesn't hold leadership accountable.  

When projects go wrong leadership is quick to through the production team liable when mistakes were made when sales over sold and underbid with an unreasonable delivery schedule.  

Good stable employer, with long term employees.  Currently experiencing growth and globalization. The atmosphere is one of family type with many employees having worked there for more than 20 years.

Company is generally progressive.  Overall outlook is improving.  It however suffers with ignorant technical leadership that is not very flexible in adapting new and better ideas.

Good to learn new softwares and ability to work in Amazon warehouse fulfillment centers.
Nice to work with diversity culture. 
Cons: travel regularly for the Commissioning job work

I enjoyed working for Dematic on a project in Calgary I worked 10 hour days and  the management team was good to work with . Their safety culture was strong and workers were compliant. 

Average place to work. Too many complicated process and too much office politics. However, good place to start a career. Just don't get caught up in the office politics 

I love working here at Dematic, I feel my team is always supportive and the managers are extremely flexible! I would say this is the best place I've worked at.
