I joined Denison in 2024 and it has been an exciting journey so far. With the Company ramping up to open its Wheeler River Site in Saskatoon, there is a lot of work to get done, but it has been great to be able to contribute to what will soon become one of Canada's newest Uranium mines. Everyone has been very helpful and supportive so far, and the energy and  excitement of colleagues is infectious as everyone is working towards the same goal. Denison appears to be a company that genuinely wants to see its employees succeed, so I am optimistic this will be a long term relationship. Great pay - very competitive. Benefits are average. Management is down-to-earth and approachable. 

Every day was slightly different which made it a fun place to work.  Everyone I worked with underground was very supportive of women working in the Mining industry and we all worked very well together.  I have acquired many skills such as operating heavy equipment, operating mining equipment, repairing mining equipment and became physically strong!   I will always be grateful for the opportunity that they gave me.

Working at Denison Mines was a true team environment. At all times I felt my input was valued, and a culture of self-improvement was sponsored by all levels of management. The uranium industry itself has been in a prolonged downturn, but management was keen to making sure we were always kept in the loop and were adequately compensated for our contributions to the project.

Management is not on your side.  Human Resources are not on your side. When you reach out for help you are ignored. You are not recognized for your hard work.

Terrible company to work for. Stressful and toxic! New management is myopic. Management displays an unwillingness to see how their actions negatively impact employees. Breach of ESA. No communication and sneaky.

The job itself is great but you are always overworked, underpaid and never recognized for your hard work. Best example of what the work environment is: the harder you work the worse you are treated. 

I can't really say much about this company as I merely worked in a camp for 6 weeks. The camp and people were great and I felt that I learned a lot here.
