Favouritism at play here, micro-managed to the core, perhaps nothing has changed since they started this business, oldest rules. Biased work distribution, some get all the hours - hand fed! some gets starved of work and made to quit. Benefits - you pay for all the benefits not sure why its still called a benefit! They deduct heavily on paychecks for the so called benefits. No HR dept! One person does all the math & payroll always have errors. They don't pay over time to straight timers, overtime hours are paid regular wage, when someone once complained to labour standards, they made sure no one gets any opportunity to do overtime. Positive changes happened beginning of 2018 when a new shop foreman was appointed, later they let him go, all progress ended and rewind back to an old school auto repair shop run by another foreman who is not a leader but an yes man to the service manager. Service manager is not of any help to techs, just wastes tech time doing meaningless work for free. If you are a talented tech don't even bother thinking about working here. There are lots of better places around or be jobless than working here.

Sales staff has only partial access to one computer for all to use but the CRM is useless anyway. There are only a few informal meetings with no development, training, or coaching but belittlement and name calling from management is common. Only a few of management favorites get all the good internet or email leads the rest have to fight for ups out on the lot. Sales staff are allowed to hang around the door like a pack of hungry dogs just waiting to jump a poor unsuspecting customer. That fits in well with the dog eat dog culture. Places like this give sales people a sleezy reputation.13 hour shifts are the norm and don't try to go grab something quick to eat. 

Poorly run, and largely obsolete, the further up the management chain you go, the more incompetent they become. This is a dealership that believes in the ancient ideals of a car dealership from the 1960's. This is the kind of place that believes that balloons are the magical amazing key to success, not social media, customer relationship management, or any of that new-fangled internet thing. This is a large dealership without a CRM system at all; in fact salespeople don't have access to computers at all.  They are commission-sales employees who can't control their own destiny. Little wonder most days are spent staring out at a full parking lot with no customers for hours and hours on end.

Installed accessories on to vehicles, though i learned quite a bit from the people around me. The management could be unforgiving about things but overall was very good in the end. Most of my co-workers were good, there was maybe 1 or 2 that i didn't get along with too well. The time management was the hardest part, because we would get rushed last minute with a near impossible request and then get a lecture if we couldn't do it. It was mostly a carefree work zone where everyone made jokes and had a lot of laughs.

I could write a novel. The least training I’ve ever received at a job. A very old school “we don’t change things around here” work environment. I walked on eggshells the entire time I worked there. Passive aggressive attitudes from co workers. I was let go in the most unprofessional way with zero written or verbal warnings. Zero respect for your personal life unless you’re upstairs admin. 

Great group of people to work with.  Work day is inconsistent.  We can be hours looking for things to do because few customers are showing up and then be so busy you cannot stop for lunch.  But everybody on the team pitches in even if it is not their job.  Shifts are 4 X 12 hour days and 4 off.

Great place to work. Demanding but in our trade what job isn't.management is great and understanding and provide great technical support.
Would suggest working here for any technician or other.
Ongoing training and above average pay

Worked 8-10 hours per day. Learned to work with large inventory and contracts.received management training.Great people to work with.training salepersons who thought they new it all.Seeing customers leave with a smile on there face.

Top down owner to management does not connect with staff  poor wages worked 2 times with company , no change  staff turn over rampant. Personal still high school mentally . Customer satisfaction rated poor   Car dealerships to customers trust still rated poorly, 

Simply put ... they pay the least 
Work you to the max , no work life balance, worst pay in the industry... that's why they are constantly looking for staff.
Managment does not care...if you are desperate and really need a job... that's is the only time I would recommend this
