There is very little input or attempt at strengthening the culture of the organization starting from the top - leaving employees disconnected, over worked and underpaid. 

However if you are politically savvy you can navigate relationships to grow and gain a lot of experience. Just know that when the business suffers people are seen as easily replaceable - and the attempts and investing in employees future are a vanity tactic.

Working at Dentsu is an excellent opportunity for those in the advertising industry.

Despite the challenges and demanding nature of the work, the exceptional people, teams, and management create a fantastic experience. Furthermore, the company provides numerous benefits and prioritizes the well-being of its employees.

Most people were great to work with - like a second family. Work-life balance was poor though. It became challenging to provide great work when timelines to complete projects were so short. No one cares about your well-being. I was pregnant and working long hours.

The opportunity for advancement within the organization is based highly on merit - if you're willing to put in the time and effort you are able to achieve a great deal. Compensation is not competitive, nor reflective of the volume or quality of work expected.

Amazing company if you want to learn and have opportunities for growth. Be ready to sacrifice a lot to get where you want; health, mental health, personal life. Workloads were heavy, however I’m better equipped in my because of them. 

Everyone has been absolutely amazing here. Friendly and helpful no matter if it is the start of the day or end of the week. There's always something going on whether its a party or an activity.

Fast-paced. Great place to get your foot in the door.  Recommend for fresh grads as it can open up to future opportunities. Tons of perks such as holiday closure in Dec and gifts. 

Morale isn't always up and they do not do their due diligence of providing a fun workplace. Most managers set unrealisitic timelines for work to be done, causing long hours and again morale to be down from the long hours worked

Working on great accounts and got to learn lots. At times can be busy but they are very accommodating. Love the open to try new things. They give u benefits from first day and rrsp contributions
