My typical day of work is showing up a little early to see what needs to be done first. if there is any unfinished tasks for the day before try get them done. I have learned not to be afraid to speak up. if im unsure how to do something or how will the individual will like something to be done. Getting to  know  to the co-workers makes work alittle more easy going and makes you feel more comfy with your surrounding. The hardest part would be not knowing what you are doing and not asking questioning. The most enjoyable part of a job is being positive and upbeat will give you a good day and challenging yourself to do better and try harder and new learning skills.

Growing with employment potential with added new programs, enjoyed my career with the Department, my staff and residents of Long Term Care Centre. Competitive working environment and strict standard implementations. My only area of concern is some managerial and Operational practices, which could be improved.

I attended board meetings, travel with board, record minutes on a monthly basis. 
Excellent place to work.
I would recommend people t o visit the building.

The new facility director was bullying me openly so I put in my notice. But the work was very easy. My co workers we're very helpful in some cases when I wasn't sure of a certain task. My Boss was very good at supervising me as well.

Awesome environment to work in. Very friendly hands on training punctuality is a must though. Coworkers are friendly and easy to talk to very good place to work
