it is the opportunity to work in the government. it is a stable job.

no automated system for human resource information system.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
8 hour work per day.. must have 40 hours a week from monday to friday.. we have fix flexi of work schedule as per request subject for approval

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
for a.month now i was assigned at records section.. we do documentation of  incoming and outgoing of documents. we do process the travel abroad.. sick leave application, maternity leave applications and the like. we also safe keep the 201 files of all.employees update servicr record and leave credits of all.employees

our schools are the best performers around the district and we make sure our children gets the best quality education ever. the District director is as friendly as to see the best productive employees in the workplace. our management is the best team to handle every quality job among them and they share to each other to see the best results 

We have a  long 8 hours to work. We have many papers works to accomplished within the day that didn't related to teaching.
Even During weekends, holidays we have a online transactions connected to the division office.


Really a good company with a good compensation at all. 
The company is really concern in their employees specially during pandemic. We really need some company like this
