Yung mga corrupt na employees hindi tinatanggal sa work kasi naglalagay sila sa mga boss. Walang matinong boss sa totoo lang. Kahit sa weekends required ka magtrabaho without overtime pay. And normal ung ipapahiya ka sa meetings.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development mold us to be the best of the best, it teaches us how to cope with urgent situations. The work itself provides us self growth and to have enthusiasm towards work. Respect was all over the office as well as attitude was placed.

This work is good because so many many people that you talk I work at DSWD to inhance my knowledge and skill the way to talk other people because lately I'm shy type so because of DSWD my personality is not showy. 

Productive.. i learned to be flexible in schedule.. enjoyable part of the job is to deal with those critically patients and see them recover. the hardest part of the job is to see people die especially those patients who are under DNR.
