Also, say that you appreciate how intentional the company is in helping people inside and outside the organization.

- Disrespectful salaries. They don't value your presence as much as it should be.
- Very small working area with zero privacy that a coworker can look at your screen easily.
- Terminated contracts with employees without proper explanation

Management is genuinely interested in its workforce's well-being.
Everyone is friendly and accommodating.
I enjoy our after-work activities and company gatherings.

CEO is very hands-on and knows everyone, takes time to talk to them personally.
It was hard for me during the start, but everyone was very patient, considerate, and kind, making my adjustment period easy and bearable.


I really enjoy working at Dermadry! All my colleagues are amiable and are willing to help. Our CEO also values his employees very much.
Since the company size is not that big (yet), we can perform various tasks and learn lots of things. The company has been growing, and I'm excited to continue working with them and growing with them!

Management - CS Manager has favoritism. Typical crab mentality is being practiced. There is NO verbal warning, 1st written warning they will just kick you out.

Love working for Dermadry! The pay is good and the team is great, I highly recommend. 

The management has great vision and respect for the employees in Montreal or in Manila.
