Do not waste your time here. Pay is poor and their expensive laser machine products are very difficult to sell. The management had no understanding of basic territory issues/challenges or realistic expectations of sales reps. Selling expensive machines to most small companies is not likely as they cannot manage or qualify for a $50,000 laser no matter what Derme & Co says. Reps do not last here...surprised to see they are still advertising for sales. Your pay is never on time. Toxic culture but met some other great reps and we bonded do to all the issues we faced that were so not usual in sales. 

Derme is an amazing company to work for. 

The owners are incredible, always working hard and very understanding. Derme is a second family for me. Theirs a reason why i`ve been working here for the last 15 years.

 I really want to take time to thanks the Company for giving me the opportunity to have an very good life balance between my career and my family. I`m looking forward to continue working here for many more years.

Very unpleasant experience at Derme and Co.
I was brought in to "grow the sales" which is my specialty and after 60 days was let go for not growing the sales and thinking out of the box as pertaining to sales strategies. The idea that the sales can be effectively grown in 2 months is absurd. Measurable and meaningful growth takes time and roughly 6-12 months at minimum.
The management is utterly toxic.
They are hiring and firing constantly which indicates a lack of stability and a unhealthy business climate.


I’ve been at Derme&co for over a decade. Great learning ground for professional growth. Is great to have seen company growth and expansion when they acquired a local lab back in 2016. What’s great is that there has always been growth and expansion through innovation, and that is very exciting to be a part of. Also feels like you are part of a family, the owners have always and continue to bring forth that element Independant of company size. 

I love working at Derme & Co. because I get a great feeling of accomplishment.  We work in a very exciting industry and we are surrounded with great people who love collaborating and working as a team.

Management always seeks to make the employees comfortable and feel at home. They always seek to help employees achieve their full potential. 

The hours and the pay are both great as well. I see myself working here long term and would recommend to anybody!

Management is as bad as it can get. I have never worked for a company with as much employee turnover. The only employees who have been there for long all have behavioural issues. Some narcissistic, others insecure grown adults. They’re only there because they know they won’t last anywhere else for a day with that kind of behaviour. Anyone actually competent won’t last long. 

A company that gathered high school dropouts! Stay away! Even the owner and his wife cannot write correctly in English. 
The majority of employees are frustrated,  unhappy women from the esthetic field. Definitely not recommended to work there!

I have been not only a client for this company but also an employee for over 23 years. They have integrity and care about their employees best interest. The work team works well and hard as like a family setting. They are responsible and respectful to competitors and always kind . I absolutely love my job and my coworkers

Working at DermeCo for almost 20 years, this company is amazing ! Flexible, fun, understanding DermeCo is a company that I’m very proud of working For. The  team, the Customer relation is amazing !!! Always New goals to achieve. If you are looking for a long term job DermeCo is the  way to go !!
