Diamond and Diamond has been a great place to work at and as a law clerk, I have enjoyed working with experienced paralegals and lawyers, I find my co-workers to be very helpful, friendly and welcoming during our lunch breaks, Management has been very supportive in ensuring that my team has the necessary resources to allow us to succeed with the preparation of hearings and trials. I feel proud to work at a firm that has such a large presence in the community and which has a reputation for providing quality legal service. I would highly recommend Diamond and Diamond as a place to work at.  

Diamond and diamond is a place where I feel like a part of the solution, I feel like the work I do is actually making a positive impact on the people around me, and the company as a whole. I am genuinely excited to come into work every day. The part I love the most is the amount of support I get every day, when I have a question, I have several intelligent, caring, and wonderful people that are willing to put in that little bit of extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable and prepared for my next task. Couldn't be happier to be here, and I hope to grow within this company for a very long time, maybe even a lifetime.

In terms of learning, I gained a lot. Busy constantly, got the chance to determine (to a large degree) how I did my work and nearly free reign to determine my priorities (with the caveat that these choices would reflect on me and my office, so choosing well was imperative).
In terms of mental health and personal well-being, I lost a lot and constantly felt under threat.
I witnessed a lot of hypocrisy.
I was told lies.
The benefits aren't great, and there are no bonuses.
The pay was okay.
There was a lot of objectionable things that shouldn't have happened.
I do not recommend this company.

Well known firm who spends too much on advertisements and not enough on paying their employees. One of the lowest paying law firms in comparison of the amount of workload and stress level. A lot of office politics, gossiping and rumours. The management you constantly have to hassle for your benefits and vacation pay. A good place to gain experience because the firm is well known. They occasionally on special occasions such as raptor games will provide pizza lunches and an annual employee appreciation day.

Employed with Diamond & Diamond since October 2017. There is tons of support from the entire team as well as upper management and owners. Constantly challenged and developing new skills. I am very fulfilled by the job I am doing and the real people we get to help. We have adapted and learned how to work efficiently during COVID-19 and am thankful for the outreach and support from them as we all learn to navigate our new normal.

I have worked for Diamond & Diamond for almost 4 years.  I have learned so much from my colleagues, the owners and lawyers. The environment is very positive, engaging and supportive. I have also been really impressed with the way they handled COVID and supported their employees. Couldn't be happier at my job and highly recommend for a hard worker.

A day at Diamond & Diamond was always a great day, everyone would be optimistic and in overall in a great mood. It was an environment that was hard to leave because everyone was absolutely friendly and helpful. Their work ethic is inspiring and motivates a person to be just has hard-working and diligent like the rest of the team.
