Expect long days and low wages, no steady raises unless your willing to get out your knee pads and your nose brown. Employees are treated like their disposable.  They don't care if you have a mental breakdown and need a day off they will fire you.  They will always use the bible against you.  They manipulate you to make you work longer hours when you tell them no they guilt trip you.  They are not a equal opportunity employer. Don't believe that when they tell you that.  Find a better company to work for wages are almost half of what you would normally make with any other employer

this company ,sad you worked  12 +per day overtime after 50. You would get to Thursday you would  have 48 hrs plus ,you are told to stay home on Friday no work ,of course if you work on Friday it would be all overtime. This happen time and time again.

5 star company with good foreword thinking. Maintained an organized and sanitary work area
•  Operated industrial power equipment
•  Performed general maintenance tasks
•  Ensured compliance with standard operating procedures
•  Took security measures to avoid accidents.

I love working here, its a great place and a good environment to work in. The owners and management really cares about the employees and they're families. 
Fast pace environment.
If you are lazy you probably won't fit in.

Not every place is all sunshine and rainbows but diamond is very good there are the ups and downs like every company sometimes the wages could be better but all in all it's a good company to work for.

 Poor management , a sense of misogyny , not paid for what you're worth , broken communication , lack of morale and lack of safety culture in the field .  

typical day was meet at tim hortins for coffee then find out what house we are going to and usually hot days we were out side roofing or siding and rainy windy days painting or dry walling

Great co workers. Great equipment. Not so great pay, Minimum overtime unless your a company favourite. Kind of a ma and pa operation with the same mind set.  Descent place to work at if your knees of something

will do ion a pinch but the guys are pretty difficult to work for unless you have a mennonite last name.. dont always play fair and like tyo have favorites
