I first applied for an Office CSR position and found it was a great place to learn the products and the flow of the company. From there... I got to pick my direction. I was able to gravitate to things that interest me most and  sink my teeth into what would  became my carrier with Dinoflex.  The business is constantly developing and growing, so there is never a dull day at work.  If you adopt a resourceful attitude and take ownership (good or bad) this company is there for you as a team. Everyone matters.


Aside from the long weekends there isn't much good to say about this place. Management is completely oblivious to what happens here. It doesn't matter if other people lose or break tools, do a bad job, or leave a mess for others to clean up, if you have any complaints management will tell you to be quiet and deal with it because it's much easier for them to ignore it that way. The company would be better off without certain employees there making it harder for others, but they won't fire anyone. There's no incentive here to care or to do a decent job. Just show up, do the bare minimum, go home and eventually get a better job.

They don't care about staff forced to work while sick promise profit shares when hired only to find out you have to work over five years to get them really poor benefits like the smallest package you can get very poorly managed company tell staff there job is secure and then lay staff off two days later they get rated low cause very unsafe and poorly run I wouldn't recommend anyone to even apply there 

Trained by others without much experience. 

No forklift ticket needed to operate machines. 

Roof leaking on electrical boxes in main building. 

Expected to operate other machines with out additional pay. 

Expected to not talk about certain political views and Covid-19 when at work. 

Talked down by management. 

Lied to about my wage. Lied to about profit sharing. They will expect you to know how to operate multiple stations without any pay increase. None of the shifts seem to respect each other. Managed by fully grown children who don't take the time to understand how their own production works. If you do decide to work here (God knows why) get everything they tell you on paper and signed.

very busy work environment, most of the employees are very friendly. seems like safety is very important to management. Staff are treated fair and are rewarded for good work

Good work life balance, super safe work culture, and clean production environment. It feels good to have worked at a place that is good for the environment. I feel like I am making a small difference here.

Good place to work secure job ,good pay,good people to work with,management is great to work with,learn something new every day, never get bored if your a good worker you can learn to operate multiple machines over time

everyone seemed stressed and miserable, management delusional about what their staff actually do, and don't care about input even if they asked for it. weird corporate attitudes and some bullying from certain upper level people.
a lot of staff turnover, not a good sign.

Engaging place to work, days always go by quickly with opportunities to learn new things everyday. Supportive management team that listens to their employees and encourages employee feedback.
