10 hour shifts, organizing Westons bread for distribution throughout Alberta and parts of B.C

I learned how to Pre-despatch, as well End despatch all bread products.

Management was cool.
Co-workers were very hard working.
The physical aspect is very hard, along with a basic average wage.

Most enjoyable part of the job was the Night Shift enabled us to Complete a serious amount of work.

I enjoyed the job, I was not provided much training and because of this I was not able to do my job efficiently. My co workers were great everybody was caring. Hardest part of my job was not knowing what to do because certain things I was not trained to do but was required to do as my daily requirement of the job.;

I learned what it takes to ship time sensitive products and trained other staff in processing of stock. The hardest part of the job was to modify training techniques for the easy understanding of new staff. The most enjoyable experience was completed tasks in a timely manner and the responsibility of the product correctly sorted.

Customer service invoice enquiries (AP/AR). Learning and teaching Accellos program. Manage,supervise and train new and existing employees. Hardest part of my job is completing month end financials in 1 day. Most enjoyable is the people and the variety

Learned great management skills and how to work with a team to meet targets effectively and efficiently.  Everyday I was faced with new challenges on the job, which made the work environment exciting and pushed me to develop quick problem solving skills.

the shifts were long and exhausting employers were rude co workers on other shifts were rude and competitive labor was crazy enjoyable part of this job was limited supervision and family and friends.

Direct Distribution has always been very good to me! Have expanded my knowledge in warehousing dealing with different accounts! I really enjoy all the people I work with!

great company to work for and great people to work with, the Boss there that hired me is great as well as the supervision and lead hand. i would definitely recommend this to a hard worker who doesnt mind warehouse work
