Many great leaders and many excellent professionals. It still requires to find the right combination to identify leaders that truly embrace the corporate values and inspire team members, many different styles and personal interests send discouraging messages to excellent team members

Direct Energy/Airtron Canada was a great place to work, with a great workplace culture which is very important.   Management was great, very understanding which allowed for a work/life balance.  The most enjoyable part of my job was that every department was willing to assist each other in getting the best resolution to any issues that I may have come across.

Direct Energy was the best company (to date) that I've had the pleasure to work for.  Great colleagues, management, and work/life balance.  We worked hard, but always did so in a way that was fun and supportive of each other.  To be honest, I miss the dynamic we all had before the global layoffs.

Loved working for awesome environment and friendly co workers and management was the best. Practical training and I learned so much working here and met amazing people.

I learned a great deal in this company.  People are good and they help you with the job.  The company makes hasty decisions with regard to keeping or selling subsidiary businesses.

This company was small compared with Carillion. There was a family atmosphere in the office. Both management and employees enjoyed spending time together outside of working.

I was part of the company during the dark door to door sales days.  Although I was not part of that team, the negative news around these actives really effected the team energy

Awesome company, wish they were still around! Awesome employee’s, supervisors, managers! The whole team was great including the customers and the work.
