Not difficult at all not labour intensive

I enjoy working here but am looking for something similar with a more set out schedule so I am able to make plans for days off. The only downside to working here is the unknown on shift length and availability of work. I like the shift work and the long days, I would just like to find something with a set schedule.

Generally this company was a good employeer, I worked a a labourer yard hand.  Receiving supplies for the rigs, ensuring the rigs were stocked and packing up supplies to be sent out to or with the rigs.  Ran the loader to load and unload the trucks.  Repaired any equipment as needed.

Great place to work good environment when you get on a good tight knit crew.

 Mostly a 20n10 rotation with break ups in the spring through summer.

Work conditions aren't always ideal, but thats what you sign up for in the oil fields. Long hours, but great perks. Company seems to be growing pretty fast with potential for upward movement.

Good Wage but that is all. Expect to work long hours away from your family without a proper schedule or notice, Safety program is great but not respected my all employees or management.

If you like working hard and making good money at the same time this is the place to work at. I have been with DHD for about 4 years and have enjoyed my time working for this company.

On par with all drilling companies. Typical coworkers. 

20/10 & 28/14 shift rotations.

Hard labour, exposed to all weather types. 

Pay is fair, slightly under industry average.

Too bad there is no more work for the season. 
The work rotation doesn not exist. I cant plan anything. 
But they are a nice people to work for. Is a nice company.
