This is the best company I have ever worked for. My manager is super awesome, she is so patient & trained me so well that I am able to perform all my assignments confidently. For permanent employees management provide insurance and health benefits to its employees and give them option to avail and buy shares of stocks of the company which gives dividends annually.  Management conducts quarterly meetings with its staff to let them know management operations and financial standing in the industry.
The company has its social club who looks after for any special occasions to celebrate by its employees. It is always a learning experience to be with this company with the cooperation and support from the staff and management.

It can definitely be a very stressful place to work depending on the day and what department you are in.  This is work stress though, not employee x employee stress.  The benefits of working here far outweigh any cons.  I'm praised when required and talked to like a human being when I make mistakes.  They're always willing to listen, and patient when teaching you different skills.

worked with a good team of sales people, currently responding only to shareholders desire for immediate bottom line not nessecarilly long term health of division. currently shrinking sales force due to franchising of territory to outside contractors. Best part of job was providing excellent service to retailers in challenging times!!

Very nice place to work. I got lots of help, as a new immigrant, with the culture and objectives of the company. Also I got help with the accounting system, a new one for me. People were very friendly to the end, when the manager got changed, and each of us, should be changed by the new manager. I am still in touch with my supervisor and co-workers

There's always work to do and fun with a few of team building events. Sales team are very outgoing and helps a lot with the accounting side. Christmas is the most fun time where all staff get together from different cities meeting all of them in person and not just have a phone relationship with them.

Liaise with Managers on a daily basis in the East and west
Maintain Cash and position break reconciliation reports in a high standard
Collaborate with managers and representatives to reduce operational risk
Produce Cash receipt and bank adjustments

This company is a great opportunity to find new accounts and make more commission. They will want you to work 6 days a week and drive as much as you can handle. No training on how to drive 3-ton truck and expect to drive on any winter condition.

Enjoyed my time there learnt lots. Good management team. Challenging industry lots of changes outside of our control.Customers went thru many changes that had an impact on our business.

Basically like what the title says, I love working here, the guys are awesome but don’t see much potential for growth from this position although the pay is pretty good I see myself moving on in a few years once I get more experience
