The employees at this facility are awesome to work with but is more than I could say for management. This company is family run and all the quality pay and positions are offered to the family members, even though they are not qualified to handle them. The pay is poverty line pay and there is no pay scale to know when and if raises will be received. They also conduct no performance reviews for their employees.

You work from the time you get there, including most lunch times, until the time you go home. I learned how to handle irate clients.
Hardest part of the job is the money that is earned, extremely low.
Most enjoyable part of the job was the co-workers and going home.

It's a fast-paced work environment with friendly staff. A great place for entry-level job seekers.

cons: low pay, no advancement

I wouldn't recommend anyone working for this company. The management severely undercuts their employees. There is absolutely nothing enjoyable working for this company.

The company was an excellent start to the administration industry. The work was not complicated and work pace juggled between fast and having down time.

I wasn't at Discover Communications for a very long time so I can't really say too much but I never had a problem and the people seemed fine so I don't have anything bad to say
