User base is somewhat of a complex arrangement built around power users that manage lots of data. 

If you like challenges and a varied workload you will think this environment is heaven.

Weathered the industry over the long run because it is well managed. Global in nature and can offer exposure to more technology than a major or large oil company. A person with more than one skill set can function and do well in this environment.

Enjoyed my time at Divestco, but there was too much competitiveness and not enough collaboration in the broker division. The inability to change the “status quo” was for sure the down fall. The old brokers dictated what the company did.

Fun work place with supportive management.  Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside my colleagues and learning from them.

Company is trying to do many things but none of them all that well.  Very busy some of the time but also a lot of days where there was limited work.  Great people and decent training.
