I have had my feet wet now for over a year now, I can honestly say I really enjoy my job. Great company, management has been very supportive, and very knowledgable. I have had complete training with the onboarding process being extensive for my specific role. This company is a fast paced company with a large footprint, they have created strong relationships within the building industry over the years and it shows through their service team and the craftsmanship of their installers. The workplace culture has been great, everyone is very nice and helpful. I have yet to have any challenges with culture. There are long term employees who are a wealth of knowledge and are willing to help if needed.  I can 1000% percent say I have not seen or been subject to any horrible work environments or situations during my time at this company. I made the right decision in joining the Divine Team. 

There has been a huge shift in the management and accountability in the company recently making it even better than it already was! Toxicity is not tolerated and neither is drama. Anyone who would claim otherwise was likely the source of the issues. 
Something that is really important to me in a work place is a strong team. I believe one rotten employee can damage the environment and work ethic of the good employees. "You're only as strong as your weakest link".
There is actual follow through for being spoken to regarding lack of work ethic and areas that need improvement and actual support to reach those improvements, and previous staff that did not put fourth the effort are no longer with Divine, which has made the team and company all the more strong. 
If you're hardworking, have a go getter attitude and genuinely want to succeed, the sky is the limit! I had great training and have had a phenomenal support system the whole way through. 


I worked there for just over 1 year, busted my butt every single day and was "promoted" but they wouldn't tell anyone and refused to increase my pay even though I was doing 3 jobs at once. Worked with several of the managing partners at the time, most of which are no longer with the company, and couldn't provide answers when needed.

They focus on putting out fires only and treat you great until they disagree with anything you have to say. Don't bank on any training, I was told to "Google" any information I didn't know. 

I was let go because I refused to work for less money than a male counterpart who was far less qualified.

 They expanded too quickly and poor management drives away all the best employees with blatant lies and misleading promises.

One of the most toxic work environments imaginable.

Wished, I never worked here.

Everyone hates each other, refuses to work together and seeks blame, instead of solutions when something goes wrong.

They're drowning in work and turning over half there work force every year.

So everyone's Inexperienced, lacking any sort of proper training and completely stressed from working endlessly with no help in sight.

As the mistakes mount, anyone with experience leaves and it becomes an endless cycle that is the complete opposite of divine.


like everyone else on here this place is a terrible place to work.i applied for this job just for the heck of to see what would happen. got the job after 3 interviews .quit my job of 13 years to work here because they made it seem like there awesome place to work.they were very nice at first . made me feel very welcome.but then I had barely no training in the way they do things.just throw you In there. I had to work daily with two people that don't speak very good English. want your advice on how to fix things then. then call you out on it .good pay and benefits but that about all . don't work here.

As they let people go, for one reason or another, the work  gets piled onto the remaining workers.  
Management has blinders on to the work that is going on around them and don't actually listen to their employees.  They see the bottom line numbers only, don't care about employees.  
Change is good for company growth but constant change never allows one to perfect the process.
Many 'unprofessional' things going on in office on a regular basis.
Only positive for me in this working experience was the friends i have made.
I can see the management being the demise of Divine.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.  They will back door you in a heartbeat,  doesn't matter how long you've been there.  I saw really good people lose their jobs just because they didn't agree with management.  They will make promises they never intend to keep and they overwork their staff.  Once you've been there for a number of years they have no problem replacing you in order to pay less for the position.  You will give give give and get nothing nothing nothing!  No training....no communication but it's up to you to figure it out.

WORST Company ever.  Hired with all kinds of promises and nice words and as soon as they could hire someone for less they did.  The work environment is a total gong show and it's surprising they are still in business.  Doesn't matter how hard you work or what your capabilities Divine could care less about you as an employee.  Management is just beyond horrible and even the benefits which you pay for yourself are garbage.  I will give them a one star but if I could rate them 0 it would be more accurate.

One of the most toxic environments I’ve ever worked in. Zero accountability for staff actions and comments. Complete lack of leadership, training is a joke. Completely unprofessional back stabbing, gossiping work place. Staff turn around is the worst I’ve ever seen In all of my professional years. Don’t waste your time, you’ll regret ever giving this company any of your precious  time and will never be appreciated or acknowledged for anything. 

If you are looking to work somewhere for a short term to gain experience and then move on, then Divine may work for you. 
If you are looking for a place where you can have a long term career, look somewhere else. 
Management will show they care as long as you agree with them. As soon as you suggest areas for improvement and ask for follow up regarding any issues you have you are treated differently. 
Many great employees have left because of the way they are treated.
