Everything you do has to be fast paced and done carefully. During busy hours you have to quickly make chicken, clean, time everything correctly and make sure you thoroughly cook the chicken. There's a lot to remember too! I applaud people that can handle the pressure of the kitchen but its not for me. The women here were very warm and friendly though!

Dixie Lee is a great place to work.  It offers a vast skill set that you can improve upon with helpful friendly advice.  They are always looking for more workers, so the chances of getting in are pretty high.  No previous work required, just a good work ethic and a smile.

From the owners to the staff and the customers, everyone is great to be around. The staff are helpful and friendly, the owners go above and beyond for their employees.

learned new skills when placing orders, typically took orders and cooked food. The most difficult part in customer service is that it is you cannot please everyone. The most enjoyable part of this job is the interaction with workers and customers.

Micromanaging, management treats everyone like robots and act like without them the restaurant closes !! Horrible! Kitchen staff speaking their home language and none negotiable! Avoid!

typical day was pretty steady great customers.
I learned waitresing skills and got my smart serve.
management was good. hardest part was working six days a week but worth it and it burnt down.
most enjoyable part was the great staff and customers.

I loved working there with all my great co-workers and the friendly customers. i always looked forward to trying to make customers smile and return for more.

If you can't lift 50lbs or less not a job for you   (girls) recieve free meal if or working  the colleagues are fun to work 
and to be around with they do have days and you need to multitask

It's a good place to work but for me I know more about making pizza and pizza dough more experienced in a pizza shop it's a fast paste and a lot to learn in a small time to learn
