I was employed at Dock Systems Inc. for approx. 5 years and had a positive experience working there that allowed me to gain new skills and meet new people. Through being there for quite some time, these people have become like family to me. The bosses and my fellow staff members are people I got along with very well and always made me feel comfortable, while best assisting me when stress levels peaked. This job allowed me to expand my skills and get out of my comfort zone through tasks that challenged me. The hours are typical of any full time job, 9-5, but they are overall very flexible. I would recommend this job to anyone willing to challenge themselves and wanting to work in a positive, encouraging environment.

- Typical day at work would be collecting all service reports and time sheets. Checking the systems to see if Technicians are on the road and on their way to job site. Documenting the service reports on spreadsheet. Making sure that every Technician has submitted their work in. Opening up new jobs, Dispatching jobs to the Technicians. Calling the Vendors to confirm is orders are ready. Closing jobs, and confirming if the Jobs are completed. Answering phone calls, which would be Customers, Technicians, and Sales Reps. 

- What I have learned from this company, multi-tasking and the types of Docks and doors the Company Sales, repairs and install.

Very nice people, laid back. They like to party. My experience was not the best. You need patience and be very assertive. 
 If you need anything you have to be pushy and loud.
It was not a fit for me as I was not comfortable drinking on the job. My counterpart was the best part of that job. She was helpful and always smiling even when she was stressed out due to the Owners. 
 
 I offer my prayers to whom ever works there.

This company will give you all of the tools to succeed if you show up with the right attitude. This company taught me so many useful skills that can be used across any industry. Everything from customer relationship building, to accounting & management principles. The days are busy but fun with a fairly laid-back environment. As long as you can get your work done and know how/when to ask for help, you can succeed here!

Hours of work depend on your position but they are over all very convenient. The Bosses of this company are very informative and make the best out of situations to create less stress. Everyone in this office is very friendly and try to communicate as much as possible on down times. As long as you have great organizational skills it is easy to manage your work load.

In my experience working at Dock Systems Inc, the hours are amazing Monday-Friday. The people I worked with were always helpful and positive. I made a lot of friends here. It's a work hard and play harder environment. As long as you do your work and stay organized you have nothing to worry about. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for normal hours and good salary.

Dock Systems gave me the opportunity to grow as a individual and a employee within the workplace. Dock Systems offers plenty opportunity for individuals to learn and experience new things everyday, never a dull moment.

The people here were very kind and helpful. They are patient with new employees and insightful. They are professional when they need to be and casual otherwise.

Was good working here.
Lots of hours (weekend work and afterhours) if tech is interested in more work. Fun bosses and co workers, enjoyed my time here. Can be stressful at times
