Leadership is approachable and genuinely invests in the well-being of both staff and patients. The clinic runs smoothly, and there's a clear focus on delivering quality care. The pace can be busy, but it keeps the workday engaging and meaningful. There are also great opportunities to grow professionally. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a supportive and energetic healthcare environment.

Doctors Urgent Care Group offers a supportive team, approachable leadership, and valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. The work is rewarding, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. While the pace can be demanding, it helps build strong clinical skills. Overall, a great place to work with room for improvement in workflow and work-life balance!

There are fine lines on their applications that you will not be made aware of until after you start working. You will be scheduled 33 hours a week unless you work 13 hour shifts. No work/ life balance and upper management couldn’t care less about  you or the clinics. They’re all in Michigan though so that’s probably why!

The fast-paced environment keeps things engaging and allows for a wide range of patient care opportunities. There’s plenty of hands-on experience, and it’s a great place to build clinical skills. However, the workload can be demanding, and scheduling could be more flexible. Overall, it’s a good place to gain urgent care experience and grow professionally.

Every person I’ve contacted has been so positive and friendly. The company has great incentives and ways to get raises without asking them to do so. It may seem stressful sometimes on busy days but a very fun place to work mostly.

Good management. Job at DUCG is simple, functional, and elegant. I have learnt a lot from daily challenges and served there with full devotion. Pay is good however some flaws in their other compensation things which needs improvement.

DUCG is been great adventure to learn about leadership skills, life and professionalism where I got an opportunity to grow and polish my skills. The environment is so friendly and so are the colleagues.
