In the beginning it was great . Our store had a great team of staff, we had enough hours and our store was taken care off. After hours were cut, due to the fact they are on a Kronos system, everything changed. The store was always a state, and you left feeling disappointed. My locations “ sick policy” was if youre sick you must get someone to cover if none will cover and you fail to show up you will be written up. Management sucked, but st a different location people could have a wonderful expirence with this job

Terrible, they didn't even care to learn  my name

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A lot of standing and no training just them passing me stuff to "put out"

No training given. 
Long hours.
Not allowed to take days off.

When you do something wrong they wont inform you about it or bring up the matter at the time, they will just allow time to pass by and then they will just dismiss you. They will then act as if they've informed you on the matter many times when they didn't. 

Management is unprofessional and aren't truthful.

Interesting place to work but no real future here, but very flexible for life balance. Management was competent but not overly effective, enjoyed the time i got to work with other employees but at the same time it would sometimes be the hardest part of the job.

Typical day at work: A day was never the same, it could be dead one day and busy the next.

I learned how to do a tax exempt, which I've never done before.

Management was great to work for, managers were friendly and fun to be around.

Coworkers were great as well, everyone pretty much got along.

There wasn't really a hard part.

Most enjoyable part was talking with regular custoemrs.

A typical day was stocking up merchandise, and being on cash as a cashier. I learnt a lot more about dealing with different kinds of customers. I never found the job to be difficult, the managers made it as easy as possible for us. The most enjoyable part of my job would have to be stocking up merchandise and seeing all the new products that come in.

It is a great environment for high school students or individuals who are looking to make some extra money on the side, the workdays are not stressful, with the exception of special holidays.
Much like any other retail job you may have worked at.

A typical day at work would be to unload the truck of 3-4 skids. 
break them down then stock all shelves in neat and tidy order and quickly. Pack up or put up all over stocked items and do so safely and carefully, balance cash drawers by end of the night.

min wage isnt gunna keep anyone besides highschool folk there. job was good other 
than pay its a stepping stone job.  theres nothing else i can say about a buget store guys

Very toxic work  environment 
The  management doesn't care about there staff and well being
They just write people up and staff not allowed to speak there feelings or concerns cause mbgr just acts like we are talking back
Poor micromanaging
