What is the best part of working at the company?
The team members. The flexible hours. When stocking it is possible to work alone and independently 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Horrible new managers had no clue how to prioritize work. Poor management created more problems for the store. Then, Taking no responsibility the stockers were scapegoat ed. Causing loss of solid staff and progressively worsening stock situation. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At end very toxic. Manager i guess in embarrassment for her ineptitude began writing up all the staff for ridiculous things. A previously fun work site became horrible and people preferred to just call in. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Ok at the beginning go in start work and work hard until break after which return to stocking until shift ended.  Time went fast sometimes the in store music was nice.  After new management it was not like this since we ran at less than half staff almost every day .

wasted my time there, not a good place to work

everything horrible upper management

no more room for advancement i don't recommend anyone work here

all day working there is no professionalism

A typical day at work started with having no idea who your manager would be as there was no organization for temp managers while the head was on leave. Workplace culture was okay, there were some great people but most of the time everyone was more concerned with themselves then helping each other out in any way shape or form.

Honestly The best team of workers I have ever worked with. I worked there from 2020-2022 and every single employee/manager treated everyone with respect. Working during COVID was awful because of customers, but the management team and the staff made it worth while! 

A nice place to work if you respect the instructions and are organized, sometimes micromanagement. For a transitional job, it's fine. They are strict with both entry and exit times. They are respectful in the treatment of collaborators.

I enjoy working at dollorama it's the people that make the store great. As long as you are ready to deal with customers it will be fun. I like the seasonals change and learning new things to make me a stronger leader

Dollorama is a great place to work my staff are really friendly and trainable as well as they take instruction. If I could be a manger anywhere else I would bring the skills and knowledge I have learn t working here with me

Dollarama is really bad place to work. No job security. Big discrimination and the managers do not know how to treat their subordinates and co-worker. I would not recommend anyone to work with the management.
