Fit in and try to connect with the employees that are higher in the hierarchy and also to our good points and arguments to be taken into consideration and to not be talked to like a rotten fish

At first they played to game but after a month and a half it all started to go sideways 
Being told that I need to ameliorate things that didn’t makes sense and that I was already doing 
Trying to know more about my private life and my marriage and after putting my boundaries with everyone they would try themselves again and again to cross my boundaries there wasn’t any respect from there part

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressing as soon as you go in about where they are at in the facing and the unboxing ,other employees would not listent to the instruction as to work as a team it was a really bad experience and I garante that I won’t work whit the company again

The boutique is full of choices and the people are nice most of the time. They give discounts to the employees which is nice. The place is small but popular
