Great employer! I really enjoyed my time at Donaleigh's, every day was something different, management and owners respected my ideas, and staff felt like family. You have to put up with a lot of drama working downtown and some late night on the weekends. Its a restaurant/bar so don't expect a good work/life balance, a lot of nights and a lot of weekends.

Everyone is friendly is down to earth. If you ask they'll teach you to work in any position you want. The job can be stressful because the place can be extremely busy (especially when you want to be out partying with your friends). I found my pay to be a bit lacklustre for the work I was putting in, but your mileage may vary. Overall a great experience though. 

A typical day at work was working in a very fast, safe, and comfortable environment. I learned how to work well with others as well as multitasking and working under pressure. The hardest part about this job was keeping up with the fast paced environment but it could also be very rewarding. The most enjoyable part of this job was the people i got to work with and the freedom to be my self well also working hard.

I grew and learned daily at this job. I became part of the management team which allowed me to teach which I enjoyed the most. The hardest part was dealing with incoherent patrons unfortunately, but that also made me grow as a person. This job was hands down the best job and helped me grow into a more professional person.

Learned a lot about customers and communication and serving the public.  Learned and coped with being busy all the time and smiling while doing it.  The most enjoyable part was the customers and co-workers. I love people and getting to interact with them.

Working at Donaleighs has its benefits. First of all, the management team is phenomenal and are there to help at any point. Secondly, the employees they hire to work with you are always friendly and hardworking. It is a fun environment and fast paced at all points

Amazing management and staff. Fun work atmosphere. Family like feel from coworkers. Lots of hours and good wage for the work you do. Long term staff shows that the owners and management are doing something right.

At Donaleigh's you're treated like family. They reward hard work and are compensated fairly. No two days are ever the same and there's never a dull moment. It's hard work with lots of long hours.

Very fast paced environment, great food and even better staff. You feel like you are a part of a family while working there. Everyone was very helpful and team oriented

The owners, the management and employees were nothing but amazing to work with. Clean and Safe environment, Great atmosphere. It's an all around great place to be working at
