Given support to individuals that has developmental chanllenge to enable them live a fulfill life in the community.

Given support to individuals is chanllenging but is also interesting given support to the individuals this put smile on their face also give them right to live and mingle in the community. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
As a support worker is very important to show respect to individuals culture in the environment because the community consists of people with different beliefs and culture. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day is a day I go to work and give individuals the support they needs from me and keep record of all my activities the individuals.

What is the best part of working at the company?
My experience at Dorvict was fantastic.  They have good management team who are good listeners and very supportive.  Infact,  I got my permanent job through Dorvict.   I will recommend this agency 110% to anyone.

Most times you do not get enough hours 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is very conducive. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day like for me at the company is,   I basically sent to Group Homes to work as Support Worker.

You an accept shifts you want to take. Great way to learn the different Group Homes and their hiring processes. You have to be adaptable as you may be walking into an unfamiliar setting. They have required training, and unfortunately you have to pay for it. Shifts can be cancelled, however, if it is cancelled last minute or when you arrive, you are generally paid out for the entire shift.

Ensure safety and security for clients; maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of client information.
Impart caregiver support and relief; assuming the responsibilities for recreational activities for other tasks as asaigned
Arranged for recreational activities for clients and encouraged them to participate.

Jobs Dorvict Home Health care are flexible. One have the opportunity to work one-on-one with the clients you are supporting. Each time you have a new clients with specialized care you get on the job training for that particular client.

Pay is low but hours are flexible. A great way to earn valuable experiences by working for many different agencies and organizations. Ability to support individuals with a variety of needs.

Great administration staff in Barrie.  They try to find were you fit and were your skills are best utilized.
Dorvict deploys individuals to other agencies.

Dorvict health Care Services are agency are recruiters for groups home. Most of the homes are behavioral home and dorvict pay minimum wage plus tax. Not anough shift guarantee.

It's a good company to work with, staffs are nice  respectfull and they value their workers.  They are very disciplined and considerable.  They encourage team work

I have had the opportunity to work with a winning team. I have team members that are always ready to support you and make your work hours a productive one
