Management dosnt seem to know anything revolving door, cultures ok but you can't understand half your co workers broken English, lies about freezer temp on average it was - 22, not -5 like advertised. Management has their favorites, so expect to be in the freezer all day if your not the favorite, very competitive IBP, no one helps each other, you'll get blamed for other people's mistakes as well, do yourself a favor don't be a frozen popsicle your life. And they try to make you work overtime last min. Anyone else that says it's a good place to work must be upper management with knee pads on.

The only positive to this company was a 4 day work week. Employees looked run down tired  and stressed every day. I was told company was moving in 2023 so no opportunity really for a full time gig. The machinery was old and constantly breaking down which made work harder to do. If freezer is not your thing don’t sign up for this job. 80% freezer work. Lots of picking mistakes when walking pallets to load. Overall it was not a great experience in my 2 months there.

Friendly  environment. Balanced work/ life schedule.

Not a stressful one, as long as you know your job well.

Because it is not stressful, the day gone by so easily.

Nothing unless you like being passed over for promotion by a DEI candidate!

Long and tedious with a dose a frustrating nonessential directives

Do Not work at the Ingersoll location.   Training is the worst I have ever seen and your left out to dry.  Unless you make a mistake then there all over top of you.  Lead hands ,   Supervisors and trainers are a complete joke.  Don’t expect any holidays off either.  Don’t waste your time applying there.  I promise you will regret it.  

I really enjoy the work atmosphere and everyone I work with. Work life balance is amazing and they are very accommodating to family situations. Opportunity for continued learning for advancement within the company is endless. 

Amazing, from management to co workers this place is amazing, there is so much growth within the work place and its family-oriented, love it here, everyday is a new adventure and so much opportunity 

Good pay compare to average pay, 4 days work a week.

People are nice and helpful. Enjoy to work and learn a lot from here

I worked for several years and as time went on the conditions became more and more horrible.
Unfair employer of all time!.
Run, don’t walk, away from this company.
