What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working with this company was the back staff, they all were reliable, friendly to work with and all around good people. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with upper management was always stressful, they expected everything but gave no resources to do the job. You'd be expected to carry business/shop expenses on a personal card daily in order to get the work done, and they weren't always reliable in paying you back. They also made an oft-habit of not responding to overdue invoices, so subtrades would call you constantly to hound for payment. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture at the branch I was at was positive for the most part just because of the group of people involved, outside of that though if you included anyone else, it was pretty negative. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day would involve fielding emergency calls, coordinating ongoing projects, doing on-site visits.


Working at Double Clean Inc. has been a great experience. The company truly values its employees and provides a supportive and professional work environment. Management is approachable and always willing to listen to feedback, which makes for a positive workplace culture.

The training process was thorough, ensuring that every team member is well-prepared for the job. The company also provides high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment, making it easier to do our work efficiently. Schedules are well-organized, and there’s flexibility when needed.

What I appreciate most is the team spirit—everyone works together, and there is a strong focus on delivering excellent service to clients. Seeing satisfied customers makes the job even more rewarding.

Owner, management and cleaning staff all get along great.  Everyone is happy easy going while getting the job done.
Since joining Double Clean it has been a year of growth.  We have expanded our commercial cleaning to include residential. Double Clean offers painting, deep carpet cleaning, turn over cleans, building and office cleans, mat rentals and so much more!  Most recently we have opened our brand new office in Calgary. I'm excited to see what the new year brings

I have been working with Double Clean from past three years. The staff is quite friendly and respectful. If you know what you are doing and you are good at following instructions then Double Clean is the best company to work with. If You give 100%, they will give  their 100% to keep you happy.  

Management was very disorganized, never knew when you were working until the day of. Most days were short. Got called off one day, then called in to find out someone took my job, they were busier then ever.
Being on the road was fun but if the boss showed up, we got yelled at for missing stuff.
Definitely would not recommend working here.

“The quality of cleaning Double Clean is excellent. They always keep that in time frame. I also feel very confident that Lead hands always ahead to help everyone.Supervisor are friendly in nature and environment of all jobs are very comfortable.Double Clean is not inexpensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth which is companies priority.

I have never been so disgusted with a cleaning company before. Not only would I never want to work for them, I most definitely would never have them clean for me. The "owner" is a disgraceful and unprofessional, I felt very uncomfortable around him. I would not recommend this company to anyone as their standards are the on the same level as a deceased hoarder. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.

Disorganized and cleaners are consistently late, very unprofessional. Proper training does not exist and their work never reaches standards and expectations and always have to get someone else to redo the job!! They advertise the use of eco-friendly products,  which the chemicals they use is far from.   Not impressed and they overwork you. This company's new management is useless.
