The most support and respect I’ve ever received from an employer.

Winter driving on Calgary side streets. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very positive and supportive. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pick up the first student at 7:30am and finished by 9:30am. Pick up the student at 3:15pm and finished by 4:30pm.

In a nutshell great company to work with especially if you're wanting to deal with special needs students.. Everyone is super helpful at the company as well as the teachers I dealt with on a regular basis.

Driving in traffic and rush hour

Driving for 2 hours morning and afternoon

Great management, good people to work with, and rewarding work! The pay isn't amazing, but this job is very rewarding in other ways. If you are just looking for extra cash I wouldn't recommend this to you. You need to have an interest in this type of work and have to have the ability to empathize or sympathize with others.

The owners take every opportunity to nickle and dime the drivers and expect lots of unpaid work for the "privilege" of working there.
Working with the kids is fun, but management doesn't have your back when you need it. This causes a lot of stress, daily.

I have worked here since September and I absolutely love it.  I love the kids I drive and the amazing people I have met along the way.  The management is so supportive and they are there for you always.  This place 10/10

Professional Bus Driver transporting Autistic, Mentally Handicap, Wheel chair clients. This job is a very good job to learn patients. I loved driving and enjoyed the clients very much The only bad part is that they would not hire me after I broke my arm.

This is a great place to work, but keep in mind that this is a part time position. The money is not for someone that needs full time wages. It's great for someone that is either retired or has another source of income.

This is a great company who cares about the people who work for them. That help you if you have a problem with a bus or a student and who actually listens.

excellent for those wanting part time work.  great people, flexible hours, lots of holidays. summers off, option to work weekends or during summer.  you can park bus at your home... no commute with own vehicle!
