I have worked for the company for over a year and have day to day interaction with the management team.  
The management team is willing to help your career grow if you show the initiative and "DRIVE" to work towards the common goal of changing how customers buy cars.
Typical day involves helping multiple customers find their perfect car solution.
Hardest part of the job can be dealing with difficult customers.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the people working there, no matter what department they are in, they are all willing to help if you ask.

Working with management is always  a challenge and struggle to get the job done. The higher up the ranks the less you do. at this organization. If your in a high rank position and you receive the big pay check and demo your in a good place for as long as you want the job. 
The executives don't watch over anything and leave it up to the managers to make decisions with the operation. Who is watching over them and why are they never around  to do what they are suppose to do.

If you’re a woman good luck in this company, they very male oriented. If you are a woman who knows something that your boss or male coworkers know look out you will probably be getting the boot or some unfair treatment.
They will change your title without you knowing, not give you proper wages and will not treat you right.
The pros are it was a good company, they are willing to move you around between they’re many branches if they think you will do more work for them and you have zero choice in the matter

Terrible group to work for. Directors (2 in particular) are clueless. The main one literally recites scripts that are so unrealistic, outdated and lame.  He even does a scene from “The Wolf of Wall Street” and probably doesn't even know he is as he’s just memorized another script. So out of touch with reality! 
They expect you to harass customers until either they buy or tell you to stop.  EVERYTHING  you do is monitored and scrutinized. Turnover is unreal! Work life balance is terrible. Highly recommend to stay away, lots of far better groups to work for in the automotive industry. 

Drive Auto Group owns about 14 Dealerships that I know off, I worked for 2 of then ran by a same General Manager who watch out for his employees and clients, He is there for your moral support, provide you free lunch every Saturday and monthly dinner outing. His team  also organize sport events every month for the welfare of his staff

Management really has no idea how to treat people. The work load just get dropped on you and is expected to finished. The service manger can’t see how much stress is placed on his employees because he’s not the one responsible to do the job. 
You will instantly be taken for granted the moment you try to help these people out and go the extra mile.

Nice top management but at store level all favouritism, family members and friends promoted to higher positions, no merit. Such a busy dealership but not performing at par at that time. Divide and rule culture promoted at store level. GM was less interested to come to office 

Lots of promises from management, namely higher ups, but no follow through. No minimum pay to sales people i.e. 4 hours of work and constant followup with customers for $100 or less. No structure or leadership. Losing staff all the time.

Management can kick there feet up and not take blame for anything. You ask for something they say it will be done but actually isn’t. Management doesn’t take accountability. 

Terrible company to work for , will take a nice family business that has been doing very well for over 50 years and make it a miserable place to work .
