Dealing with the owners! Didn’t matter how much you bend back and forth for them, it meant nothing!

It was a better place with the previous manager.

Last minute schedules and poor communication

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not really applicable. The current set up in the office though is causing drivers to leave

Driverseat Kitchener East is an incredible place to work. The culture is inclusive and diverse, and they truly care about the employees. The expectations are high but the feeling of purpose and belonging is incredible. I know how my role relates to the goals of the company and what I need to do to contribute at the highest levels. 

Terrible company to work for.
Huge lack of support and zero care for personal wellbeing. Con artists at best. Won't and don't take responsibility for their  own actions. Extremely stressful work environment. They make you feel like you are the problem. 

I am happy to report that of the job offers I received, I chose the right one. This is a fast paced organization that respects and empowers employees. People who are just looking for a job to put in hours for a paycheck won't like it here. Someone who is looking for a rewarding career will thrive! 

A great opportunity if you work hard and can be someone your team can count on. A fun and supportive place so you look forward to each day at work. The hours are flexible which really helped with work life balance. The hardest part of the job is winter driving, but that is the same for any driving job.

It’s an awesome place to work if you love to learn and want to develop many useful skills. The people you work with are knowledgeable and reliable . We offer exceptional service and are focused on customer satisfaction which shows in our day to day

Days are long. The shifts are split shifts. You don't get paid for all the hours you work. The hourly wage could be better. Management is more interested in their bottom line than in the happiness of their employees. The drivers there are really great people.
