What is the best part of working at the company?
The operation was a good man, but the company CEO let go the company started crumbling, was the one who build the structure for strategic and strongly performance  as pastries company but now it’s just the owner let everyone frustrated even those whom started from the beginning who helped the company grow 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
CEO of the company aren’t fairly treating their employees 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Was lastly punching their employees very hard and skipping meany Safty procedure 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Some time no break just to keep productive, without appreciation

Working at Dufflet Pastries, I can honestly say that I would recommend working here to anyone looking for a job. The work is easy, coworkers and management are understanding and scheduling, although difficult to change last minute, can be flexible.

Shaping and weighing cakes, then placing them in boxes. I learned that working fast is important in a warehouse job. Managment was alright as well as the workplace. The hardest part was getting the frozen cakes out of the freezer. The most enjoyable part was the friends I made.

Repetitive tasks, straight forward tasks.  However, some of the coworkers were hard to handle on a daily basis.  Works hours aren't negotiable, either morning shift or evening shift.  There were parking spaced but the boundaries aren't well assigned, some cars being dented by a delivery truck.

Terribly run company with the worst customers. Product quality is on a steep decline. No support from head office. Low pay for long hours and no flexible schedule. Don't work here if you value your sanity 

Management sucks. No accountability at all. They expect you to do manager duties while being paid minimum wage. The owner is not very kind. Very toxic work environment,  would not recommend working at any of the dufflet locations. 

Loved working with my team, always being challenged to do more. Achieved a lot of targets. Gained knowledge on Brc systems, QA functions. Great company to work for. Alwats busy.

nice co workers  and good pay  stable work environment place where u can learn and grow and make a steady pay check  you can make boxes work in the kitchen meet new people

Micromanaging and gossip were a large part of the company culture when I worked there. Writing on cakes was fun and interacting with customers and my coworkers was great. Over achiever effort was not appreciated. 

While I worked there, there was a lot to learn. Good boss that was very patient with progress, and fostered growth. The workplace culture at the time was also very laid back.
