The team is sharp, collaborative, and genuinely supportive, and the onboarding/communication has been exceptionally organized with clear priorities, fast access to resources, and leadership that’s aligned and responsive. It makes it easy to ramp quickly, stay focused, and do great work without unnecessary friction.

Nothing significant yet. The pace is high (in a good way), so the only challenge is keeping priorities tight as things evolve; but the clarity from leadership and strong onboarding makes that very manageable.

Even working remotely, the culture feels organized, collaborative, and supportive. Communication is clear and consistent, leadership is accessible, and people are responsive when you need input or decisions. There’s a strong sense of alignment across teams, and the onboarding/ramp-up process has been well structured; so you still feel connected and able to move quickly without being in the same office.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day right now is focused on building the foundation for the department, creating and documenting processes, aligning cross-functionally with key stakeholders, and turning priorities into clear workflows. I’m collaborating with team members across the organization to ensure we’re set up to execute efficiently, while laying the groundwork and planning initiatives for Q2 and Q3.

Thanks to the comprehensive onboarding process where new hires are paired with employees to shadow for 12 weeks, I quickly felt integrated into the team and confident in my role.

I love being part of Dulcedo. You get a certain pride and importance having the responsibilities and doing the tasks that you do. You feel appreciated, supported and encouraged. There is place to grow, adapt, learn and excel. The office is beautiful, modern, at a convenient location in downtown/old port and it's surrounded by many attractions as well as various places to eat at or have a drink at. But you don't even have to go far, there are snacks and other amenities at the office, many areas to hangout and chill. Time flies by very fast while you're doing your duties and you always want to do more and come up with ways to be more productive. There are also days when you can take it easy. The office is closed on Fridays and the work day ends at 2pm (extended weekend!)
Would absolutely recommend as long as you vibe with the values and ambitions of the company.

The most stressful part can be managing the workload, since there are often a lot of moving parts and overlapping projects happening at the same time. It can sometimes be challenging to keep track of everything.

The work environment at Dulcedo is very welcoming and supportive. Since my first day, everyone has been so kind and easy to talk to, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. The team is very collaborative, and people genuinely trust and uplift one another, often offering advice and support when needed.

My hiring and onboarding experience at Dulcedo has been nothing but positive. From day one, the process felt organized and supportive. A typical day during onboarding involved clear guidance, hands-on learning, and steady check-ins to ensure I felt confident in my responsibilities.

I learned a lot in a short amount of time, especially about the workflows, internal tools, and the level of professionalism expected when working with talent and clients. Management has been approachable and genuinely invested in helping me succeed, always willing to answer questions and provide clarity when needed.

The workplace culture is fast-paced, but welcoming. Even as a new hire, I felt included and supported. The hardest part of the job has been adjusting to the volume and speed of tasks, but the onboarding structure made that transition much easier. The most enjoyable part has been the people. Everyone is friendly and clearly passionate about what they do.

As a talent agent, it's up to you how you'd like to schedule your day. I recommend blocking off some hours each day to focus on specific tasks. I work remote, so I'll usually start with following up with leads or previous outreach, then transition into scouting talent, seeking brand opportunities, and eventually checking in with talent on the roster.

There are weekly team meetings and weekly org meetings, as well as a weekly 1 on 1 with your direct manager. Management does a great job establishing best practices and most effective ways to do your job.

The hardest part about the job is just staying on top of your time management. Being proactive is always a plus, and will set you up for success.

My favorite part about the job is being able to create new relationships with people - influencers, coworkers, you name it.

I came across the position very unexpectedly, but everything turned out to be amazingly rewarding. I heard back for the first screening interview immediately a couple days after I submitted the application. The interview went very smoothly and they were very friendly. I got to book the second interview on the spot for the following week. The second interview was a group interview with the team manager. The interview was great and I felt very comfortable, even enjoying it! I got an offer for the internship the same week and began within a week. The onboarding was very supportive as the headquarters and the team focused on each new comer individually with regular check-ins. I especially liked the one-on-one tutorials on tools that will make work more efficient. Overall my onboarding experience was very good, and I enjoyed every step of the way.

The best part is that you are surrounded by really talented and supportive people, so there's always an opportunity to learn and grow. Everyone has been very welcoming and makes sure you feel comfortable.
